What payment methods can I use?

Depending on where you live, you can use a credit card or alternative payment methods such as e-wallets, online banking and more. You will see all available payment methods on the checkout page. Choose what suits you best.

My payment is declined.

Please check a decline reason, which appears on the final page and act accordingly. Should you have any outstanding difficulties, please contact our support team.

I would like to receive a refund for my purchase.

There is a clear refund policy specified for each purchase, which defines conditions for refund initiation. Please read End-User License Agreement to find out, if you are eligible for one.

How can I receive a receipt for my purchase?

When you make purchase online, your receipt will be automatically sent to your email within 24 hours. Please kindly check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox. If you are still unable to find the receipt, please contact our Customer Support team.

I was charged, but I haven’t received my purchase

  • It's possible that you've successfully completed the payment, but you haven't received the purchase yet. During busy periods, it can take up to 24 hours to deliver your purchases.
  • If after 24 hours you still haven't received your purchase, please notify the developer or Contact Customer Support using the email available on the payment receipt.
  • Sometimes your Bank can hold the funds even if the transaction is declined. Please wait some time or contact your Bank. Usually, in case of decline, the money is credited back to your account within 14 business days.
  • If you're still having difficulty receiving your purchase, or you are unable to contact a developer, please contact our customer support team. It will be required to confirm the payment by providing an email receipt.

How can I cancel my subscription?

  • Some services may automatically charge you unless the subscription is cancelled. You will see the information about the subscription options before the payment.
  • You can cancel your subscription anytime from your personal account at the service where you are subscribed. If you are still unable to cancel your subscription or being charged by mistake, please contact us.

Unauthorized charges appear on my account.

  • Please make sure that there are no active subscriptions for any services and you haven’t made any purchases recently.
  • If you still do not recognize the charge, please contact us for further investigation.
